By creating an account or making a payment, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, mobile number, and the details required to create your account and complete inventory deals. When you make a payment, transaction details are processed by our payment partner; we store a payment reference and the status of the transaction, but we do not store your full card, UPI, or banking credentials.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as device and usage data, to operate, secure, and improve the platform.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to create and manage your account, process and confirm payments, record your participation in inventory deals, provide payout and holding information, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations, and send you service-related communications.

4. Payments and third parties

Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. Your payment information is handled by Razorpay in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable card network and regulatory standards. We use Supabase for secure data storage. We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information where required to comply with applicable law, a legal process, governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and platform.

5. Data security and retention

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to meet legal, accounting, and reporting requirements.
